If you experience issues with uploading file types, please read this.
  1. Choose Settings > MIME Types in the left-side admin menu

MIME Types tab helps you to manage MIME Types. The list initially contains WordPress original MIME type settings plus PDF file type allowed for upload.

Settings :: MIME Types

  1. Add New MIME Type

    You can edit MIME types or add a new one clicking Add New MIME Type – you will see a new row at the top of the table.

  2. You can also delete MIME types with the "minus" button.
  3. Restore WordPress default MIME Types

    Restore initial WordPress MIME types settings.

  4. Singular Label

    The text will be user as a column and filter lable in admin.

  5. Plural Label

    The text will be user as a column and filter lable in admin.

  6. Add Filter

    Checkbox enhances WordPress All media items filter with a MIME type.

  7. Allow Upload

    Use the checkbox to include a MIME type into the list of allowed MIME types. Please be careful, wrong files of some types can harm your site.
